Terms and Services


All participants are required to complete a waiver form prior to joining any of our adventure tours. The waiver will be provided for signing when you receive the confirmation of booking email and required gear list. Alternately this can be filled in at the commencement of the tour. The waiver let us know if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate along with the acknowledgement of risk in participating.

Failure to sign and acknowledge the waiver may void your inclusion. A copy of the waiver is available for viewing here.

Booking a Tour

Bookings are made through the selection of the tour you wish to participate in and clicking the book now button. This takes you to our tour date selection and payment gateway. Select your tour dates and complete payment. We can reserve dates for individual and group bookings but for a booking to be confirmed we require full payment prior to the tour. We are limited to six people per tour and need a minimum of two people for the tour to depart. 

We use a booking partner and they take all reasonable precautions possible to secure your credit card details and to protect that information from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure. We do not share this information with any third party, and we will not identify your credit card details to any organisation or individual. 

Cancellation and Refunds

We (Tasmanian Multisport Adventures) reserves the right to change tour routes or cancel a tour prior to departure a variety of reason, such as but not limited to: Weather conditions, safety concerns or legislative will provide. We will do our utmost to allow the tour to proceed. If for whatever reason the tour is cancelled, you have the option of selecting the next available date for both parties or receiving a complete refund.

To protect Tasmanian Multisport Adventures against loss incurred if you cancel your tour, the following will apply: A booking cancelled within 7 days of the tour date – a 75% refund will apply. A booking cancelled within 1 day of the tour date or you fail to attend –no refund will apply. We will consider all reasonable reasons for tour cancellations and work with you to avoid hardship.

Security & Personal Effects

You are welcome to bring personal items above the mandatory gear required but we have limited space in the safety ATV so less is better. We do not take responsibility for any damage to personal items (not under our control) whilst participating in our tours.
